RETURNS

Our returns policy lasts 14 days.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

- Any item not in its original condition

- Any item which is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Goods which are exempt from being returned include:

-       Gift cards

-       Bespoke and customised orders.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  It may take several days for the refund to reach your card.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange your order for the same item, please send us an email explaining the circumstances in the first instance at hello@somadra.co.uk.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when you return your item.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and it remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
